At Duro-Custom Ltd., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it following the guidelines below.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@duro-custom.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made in shipping your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges
